Project overview

In the wide-open farmland of northern Iowa, the two phases of the Pioneer Prairie Wind Farm turn wind into a “second crop” of clean electricity. The wind farm is located in Iowa along the Minnesota state line in Howard and Mitchell counties, stretching from Stacyville in Mitchell County into Oakdale Township in Howard County.
